Our residential onsite moving containers are ideal for various situations. They are perfect for extra storage, home remodeling, and moving to a new location.
Our pricing has two components:
1) The monthly container rental fee
2) The all-inclusive delivery fee.

Our all-inclusive delivery fee covers all aspects of moving the container throughout the duration of your rental. This includes dropping off the container, relocating (if moving), transporting to/from our facility (for off-site storage), and the final pickup at the end of the rental.
We feel having an all-inclusive delivery fee helps gives customers a fully transparent view of the total cost.
Our competitors typically charge you every time they move your container. Most people only see the first month’s rent and initial drop off fee, which means they will likely incur hundreds more in delivery fees that they weren’t aware of at the time of booking. How much can I pack in a unit?
All of our units are 8′ x 16′, which commonly holds 2-3 bedrooms. Perfect for holding an entertainment center, king-size mattresses, larger appliances, dining room, furniture, and other various items.
The footprint of our 16ft container conveniently fits within a single parking space, making ground level loading a breeze and without interfering with your normal day to day activities when stored on-site.
Do I need insurance?
We take great strides to protect your belongings during the moving and storage process. But weather, road conditions and other events can be out of our control. The Mobile Storage Solutions Agreement requires customers to have coverage for the containers and their contents.
How long can I keep my portable storage unit?
Keep your container for as long as you need! Because we offer monthly rental, you can pack and unload at your own pace. Your billing cycle begins the day your storage unit is delivered and continues through the next month.
Are you a full service moving and storage company?
We provide the storage container and any required transportation of it (dropping off, relocating, picking up). At this time we do not provide packing or loading services. We know some great local companies that can help with the packing and loading and would be happy to give you recommendations.
How does the process work?
It’s quite simple. We deliver a portable storage unit to your location. You pack it at your own pace. You keep the storage unit at your own place or we can take it to a storage facility. We can then pick up your storage unit and deliver it to the new location.
